Common questions

Does BillBot pay my bills?

No. BillBot opens the biller's own pay page so you can pay in a tap or two. It never moves money and never stores your logins.

How do I add a bill?

Tap + on the Bills tab, then New bill or Quick add. Enter who you pay, about how much, and the due day. Tap Find pay page to search for the right page.

What does the free version include?

Up to 5 accounts, one-tap pay pages and reminders. Plus ($4.99 once) unlocks unlimited accounts; Household ($8.99 once) adds sharing.

How do I share with my household?

Settings › Household › Share household, then send the link. They install BillBot and tap the link. Everyone sees the same bills; bills marked Private stay yours.

How do robot skins work?

Pick a robot in Settings › You. The app's colours, artwork and icon change when you close Settings. Classic is free; others are $1.99 each with a free 7-day try.

I got a new phone. Where are my bills?

Sign in with the same Apple Account and make sure iCloud is on for BillBot. Purchases come back with Restore purchases on the upgrade screen.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
