What BillBot stores
The bills, amounts, due dates, pay-page addresses, debts, spending entries and settings you type in. They are stored on your iPhone and, if iCloud is on, synced through your own private iCloud account using Apple's iCloud service. Apple handles that storage under Apple's privacy policy. The developer of BillBot has no access to it.
Households
If you share a household, the bills you don't mark Private, plus your chosen name and robot, are shared through iCloud sharing with the people you invite. You can stop sharing or leave a household at any time in Settings.
Logins and payments
BillBot never asks for, stores or sees your passwords. When you open a pay page, it loads the biller's own website, where iOS Passwords and Face ID can fill your login. BillBot never makes payments or moves money. Each biller's website has its own privacy policy.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by Apple. We receive no payment details.
Notifications
Due-date reminders are scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to us.
Analytics and tracking
BillBot contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking.
Children
BillBot is not directed at children under 13.
Deleting your data
Delete bills in the app, or delete the app. To remove the iCloud copy, go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage › BillBot.
